This rectangular pillow is used for sitting on the floor. It is filled with layers of cotton batting and available in several levels of thickness.
A zabuton is an essential part of meditation practice, used under the zafu to cushion your knees and ankles during meditation.
The larger sizes are best for use under the zafu for meditation. Smaller sizes just make great pillows for those of us who love sitting on the floor. Pile several of them high or sit low to the ground, what ever suits you.

Sometimes you need a little extra elevation during meditation to help relax your hips and knees. This little pillow does the trick. Some people find this pillow more suited to sitting than the round or crescent zafu. The support cushion is available with either buckwheat hulls or cotton batting as the fill. |
